Selling properties

Successfully selling real estate

The real estate agency Tony Matínez has been operating for almost 25 years under the company name InfoCasaColom S.L. and has the largest market share in Portocolom in the real estate sales sector.

Tony Martínez has official certifications as a real estate agent and is a legal appraiser. Our aim is to provide you and potential buyers with a realistic market value for your property. We deliberately avoid quoting arbitrary prices that could be used simply to win contracts, as such practices can quickly lead to your property being forgotten. License agencies or real estate scouts are therefore not always a guarantee for a good marketing of your property.

Our area of activity is mainly concentrated in the southeast of Mallorca, in particular the region around Portocolom. Through close contact with the relevant authorities and offices, we always keep up to date with the latest guidelines and regulations. The real estate office Tony Martínez is located in the first line of the harbor in Portocolom where the many different restaurants are located and probably every visitor to Portocolom passes by our office.

For serious real estate sales, your estate agent should be local - and not on the other side of the island. This is because every municipality on Mallorca has its own rules and does not necessarily trust an estate agent who is not local. Reliability and honesty are very important to us, which is why you won't find wildly collected properties on the island with us!
Take advantage of our many years of know-how, our contacts to investors and our large client database for the sale of your property.

The real value of your property

Experience, knowledge and honesty are the basis for a correct assessment!

When buying or selling a property, it is crucial to know the current market value exactly. Bank appraisals do not always provide a precise insight into this value. Rather, factors such as location, demand, local conditions and the specific nature of the property play a decisive role. An accurate valuation therefore requires expertise and many years of experience.

Many properties presented on other websites are not available on our site. This is often due to unrealistic prices or the lack of important documents. Before we publish a property, we obtain these important documents. Sometimes, however, the property remains in our unpublished file so as not to mislead potential buyers.

With more than two decades of experience, Tony Martínez assesses the real value of real estate properties. As a member of the ABAI (Asociación Balear de Asesores Inmobiliarios) "Balearic Association of Real Estate Consultants", Martínez has acquired the title of real estate agent and legal appraiser. Due to his membership, he is always informed about the latest developments on the real estate market and guarantees you a professional valuation. A crucial prerequisite for an accurate valuation is undoubtedly many years of experience and a deep understanding of the region in question.

Get in touch with us via the contact form, by email or by telephone. We look forward to hearing from you and guarantee professional marketing of your property.

Southeast Mallorca

Southeast coast of Mallorca

The southeast coast of Mallorca is a nature lover's paradise, with a fascinating mix of unspoiled coves, picturesque villages and breathtaking landscapes. Here is a description of just some of the outstanding places, beaches and attractions along the southeast coast of Mallorca:

Porto Cristo: Porto Cristo is a popular holiday destination on the east coast of Mallorca. The town has a rich history dating back to Roman times. It received its name during the Christian reconquest of the island in 1260 A.D. The main beach of the town is the Playa de Porto Cristo, which is located centrally. The beach offers a spacious sunbathing area and is surrounded by bars, souvenir stores and cafés. Porto Cristo offers a variety of gastronomic options, including the Nautico restaurant, which is known for its fine fish cuisine. The weekly market in Porto Cristo takes place every Sunday directly on the promenade and offers regional products such as flor de sal and olive oils. There is also the option of taking boat trips to explore the Cuevas del Drach (stalactite caves) and other calas. The historic center of Porto Cristo and the Torre Serral dels Falcons lighthouse are other popular destinations.

Cala Murada: Cala Murada was the first urbanization to be completed in Mallorca. The first houses were built in 1958 and the settlement slowly developed and was also discovered by the Germans. The history of the place is characterized by its remoteness and the lack of presence of the authorities. The police rarely visited the village and the residents lived in a kind of “lawless space” where they were free to pursue their hobbies and habits. Today it is still a real family village. There are some restaurants and a bathing bay. But Cala Domingo or Calas de Mallorca also offer a long sandy beach, clear water and a wealth of restaurants, stores and entertainment options.

Cala d'Or: This charming resort is known for its elegant villas. The resort consists of three neighborhoods: Cala d'Or, Cala Egos and Cala Ferrera. Cala d'Or is known for its Ibizan architecture. While in the 1970s it was the vacation resort of the rich and famous, today it is a popular vacation destination and is mainly visited by the British. The town has grown steadily and is the place to go for shopping and nightlife. Cala Dor offers various activities such as diving, snorkeling, boat hire or tours, surfing and much more. The Cala d'Or marina is a popular port of call for yacht owners and offers a variety of restaurants and boutiques around the harbor.

Portopetro: A small fishing village in the southeast of Mallorca. It belongs to the municipality of Santanyí and is not far from the towns of Cala d'Or, Alquería Blanca, Cala Ferrera, Cala Serena and Calonge. Porto Petro is known for its charming location in a respectful bay and its close proximity to various tourist destinations. The town offers a variety of activities and attractions, including the opportunity to enjoy the local cuisine and stroll along the seafront promenade.

Cala Figuera: A fishing village in the south-eastern region of Mallorca. The village is known for its romantic atmosphere and its close proximity to various tourist destinations. Cala Figuera is an ideal starting point for excursions to other calas and beaches in the area. Cala Figuera is known for its picturesque bay, which extends in a “U” shape and is surrounded by steep cliffs. The cove offers a small, 50-meter-long pebble beach surrounded by stones and rocks.

S'Amarador and Cala Mondragó: Located in the Mondragó Natural Park, these two beaches are known for their unspoiled beauty and clear, shallow waters. They are ideal places for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in a protected natural environment.

Cap de Ses Salines: Located in the south of Mallorca and is part of the municipality of Ses Salines. The area is characterized by a flat, tabular coastline composed of quaternary materials. The southernmost point of Mallorca offers spectacular cliffs, a breathtaking coastal landscape and a lighthouse that offers a magnificent view over the Mediterranean. Here is also the famous long coastal beach “Es Trenc” with turquoise waters reminiscent of the Caribbean. A popular hike leads from Colonia de Sant Jordi to the Cap de Ses Salines lighthouse. The route is around 8 kilometers long and offers a variety of views and sights. There are also various beaches and coves that are ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

The south-east coast of Mallorca offers a wealth of activities and sights for visitors of all ages and tastes. From picturesque coastal towns and beaches to historical sights and nature reserves, there is something for everyone to discover and enjoy. The south-east is now also very popular with property buyers and investors. The good infrastructure and the newly built highways ensure quick access to Palma or the airport.

Tourism in this region can provide an attractive opportunity for real estate investors to generate income, whether by renting to vacationers or by selling properties to tourists.
Good climate: Mallorca offers a pleasant Mediterranean climate with mild winters and warm summers. Many people from colder regions of Europe therefore prefer to buy property in Mallorca to spend the winter there or to have a vacation residence.

This coastal area of Mallorca offers a high quality of life with a relaxed lifestyle, good food, beautiful beaches and a variety of leisure activities. This makes the region attractive to property buyers looking for a place where they can relax and enjoy life.
Real estate on the southeast coast of Mallorca can also be considered as a long-term investment. Property prices in some parts of Mallorca have risen in recent years, which means that buying a property can be a good investment opportunity to benefit from the increase in value.
However, it is important to note that the real estate market in Mallorca is very dynamic and it is therefore advisable to obtain thorough information and professional advice before buying a property.
