After living in Germany for 15 years, he has acquired fluency in German and lives with German integrity. Tony Martínez is a doer and an absolute "fox" when it comes to solving problems. Jannick Seidl is the soul of Tony Martinez Real Estate. He has quickly and efficiently familiarized himself with the profession of real estate sales. An all-rounder, he can be deployed in both sales and administration. He is always attentive and friendly with customers. He manages all this in German, English, Spanish or Mallorquin. He grew up mainly on Mallorca and feels more at home here than in Germany. However, he has retained the good German virtues. He is an expert in the media of film and photography.

Carolina Allesch - Tony Martínez's wife - was born in Hamburg and has been familiar with Mallorca since she was a child. The island has always been her second home. In 2000, she decided to spend her life on this beautiful island. She works in the background and is responsible for administration and direct customer contact. She is the heart of the real estate office and is also at the forefront of property sales. At the same time, she manages all matters relating to the rental of the vacation Finca Portocolom.
