The building was raised in 1954 and comprises 3 floors and a roof terrace.
There is a charming restaurant located on the ground floor which has been active during several years and has become very popular for its culinary gastronomy. The ground floor will maintain the commercial use of the restaurant. Here it is exclusively foreseen to renovate the bathrooms and to install a hydraulic elevator to facilitate the access between the different floors. In addition, the beautiful roof terrace could be converted into a rooftop bar.
The two remaining floors offer themselves as a boutique hotel and will benefit from a touristic activity. Planned are in total 7 rooms, with their respective bathrooms, which will be distributed on the first and second floor. The properties of the rooms include electric radiators and multi-split air conditioning systems. The elements of the bathroom, such as the sink, toilet and bathtub should be made of white glazed porcelain.
The carpentry work, inside and outside, will be completed with varnished Iroko wood and double glazing. Furthermore, a ceramic or stone floor coating was chosen for the interior finishing system.
The resulting building is, except for the staircase of the roof terrace and the two new openings on one of the facade sides, identical to the existing building.
Connection to the municipal water, sewage and electricity supply is available.
