Located in front of the house, on the right hand side we find a landscaped corridor that leads to an access door for gardening and maintenance personnel. Next to it is a double garage, connected to each other, with individual and automatic doors of 49.80 m², which also has a side exit door with access to the inner courtyard and rest area or other uses. From here, by means of three steps we reach the living area of the house. Both in front of the garages and in the technical staff corridor, there are several parking spaces within the property.
