The property is located on the highest point of the plot, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the sea.
A little lower, right next to the property there is a small workshop with bathroom and storage room, as well as several parking possibilites. From here, an external staircase leads to the main entrance of the property, where you will also find the terrace and pool area with outdoor shower. The pool measures approximately 4x8 meters and offers a step-in for easy access. There is also a garage here which is currently used as a storage room and is equipped with a gas barbecue.
The ground floor features a light-filled dining area with chimney, a living/dining room and a kitchen with pantry. In addition, on this level are 2 bedrooms equipped with radiators and built-in wardrobes and 1 bathroom with shower and electric towel warmer.
